This space works well for Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Anniversary Parties, Graduation Parties, Family Reunions, Office Parties, Art Shows, Etc. The space has a large open area that fits up to 80 attendees. There are 2 unisex restrooms and a small private room you may use for storage or how ever you see fit. There is a refrigerator to keep food cold. There is a large grassy area in the rear of the building that can be used for parking, a bouncy house or how ever you would like to use it. There is a driveway that runs parallel to the property that must not be blocked at any time.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
