This spacious house sits on a private 20-acre land, which makes it a perfect outdoor spot for an uninterrupted photoshoot or to throw a party for your special occasion. Located just 1.5-2 hours away from Los Angeles and 45 minutes from Antelope Valley and Bakersfield, it is a convenient destination to reach without any challenges. The property is located at an elevation of 4000 ft in the Five Points Tehachapi Mountains. However, it takes only 10 minutes to get to downtown Tehachapi, where you can find supermarkets, local wineries, breweries, bakeries, and places to eat. The house has a huge deck overlooking the mountains, the valley, and the entire city of Tehachapi. The booking price includes an indoor general area (game room, living room, bathroom), one master bedroom (with attached bathroom), an outdoor seating area, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor hot tub. The property has about three acres of flat land that can be conveniently used for outdoor private events. The venue is ideal for birthday parties, family reunions, kids' parties, and corporate outdoor events. The venue also has a private forest zone and hiking trails. Amazing views of beautiful sunrises and incredible sunsets added complimentary to the space .:) Compared to other listings, we have a steady booking price depending on the party size without adding extra charges for every guest, making this venue very affordable for private parties. We can also accommodate an overnight stay for up to 12 people in our 4-bedroom house for an additional price. If you are interested in an outdoor photoshoot only (without using the house or any outdoor amenities), we are willing to waive the cleaning fee for short photoshoot bookings. Please note that we do NOT provide an outdoor restroom.
