About the Space
The Lytle Auditorium is a business and community accelerator located directly across from the Belmont Metra stop in Downers Grove, 25 miles outside of downtown Chicago. With two main studios and over 3,000 square feet of divisible space, The Lytle Auditorium offers an intentionally designed, minimalist backdrop for numerous functions. Flooded with daylight and featuring high ceilings, natural materials, a 6' x 36' skylight, 50' catwalk, 13' ceilings, indoor ivy wall and green ambiance, the space is versatile and easily navigated for weddings, private ceremonies, bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, professional events, performances, fundraisers, workshops and more.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Space has additional space outdoors

The host was super responsive! I appreciated having the host connected me through text with the on-site coordianator in case I needed anything. The space was beautiful. The attention to detail was amazing- loved knowing we could walk into the property with a gate, through a gorgeous courtyard space to the Auditorium itself. I booked the white room for my wedding clients, who needed a space to have family photos before their reception. Would definitely recommend to someone needing a studio space or if they wanted to have an intimate wedding. Thank you Alex + Robyn!
