About the Space

13'+ lofted ceilings, 90' wall with exposed brick featuring 14 windows, wood floors and beautiful plants. 17'x17' two-wall cyclorama, 140" projector on wall with 4K Apple TV, and production equipment tucked into one end of the space. 4 desks, several casual work spaces, 8 person tall table, vintage kitchen with dishwasher and coffee bar tucked into the other. Large elevator access, top floor, double door entrance, bathroom and shower on floor. Large free parking lot in back of building. Parking lot shared with Italian Restaurant, Distillery and Winery.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
