Looking for the cutest and most posh intimate space in Westchester to have your next event at?! Check out our nail salon that effortlessly transforms into our event lounge and can't wait to share with you! Small intimate events ranging from baby showers, gender reveals, birthday dinners, game nights, paint and sips, Bible study, small seminars and many more! Three floral walls are the perfect accent for adding decorations or using as a focal picture point or for selfies! The space is a nail salon by day, with all portable/usable furniture for event use. Equiped with ring lights, neon wall decor lighting, and security door buzz in from entry foyer. Seats up to 30 people comfortably. Invite up to 30 of your guests to our chic intimate space to enjoy the event of your liking!

Parking description

This venue has a rear/side parking lot that is shared with two other businesses, which leaves about 5-6 parking spaces available. There is ample street parking both free and metered which needs to be paid up until 8pm only.

General Rules

No Smoking of any kind in the building permitted. Cigarettes, Marijuana, vapes. Hookahs, etc. Is strictly prohibited. Alcohol beverages can only be administered by a hired licensed mixologist Outside catering allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

This venue does have 5 cameras in the general space nd one in the lobby entryway. There also is a ring camera at the front door and also a camera for the rear/side parking lot. All cameras have motion detected and will be actively recording during revue space rentals.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

As a functioning nail salon and spa during the day, this venue has been highly proclaimed as one of the cleanest nail salon our clients have ever been to. We are proud to say with our cleaning routine, we have a high regard of carrying on that standard into renting out this space to provide a safe and clean environment for guests to enjoy their events.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
