Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we implement rigorous cleaning protocols for our game room. Prior to each booking, our team thoroughly sanitizes all high-touch surfaces, including gaming consoles, VR equipment, and the pool table. We use approved disinfectants and ensure that the snack bar area is also cleaned and restocked. After each event, we conduct a comprehensive cleaning, including sanitizing all surfaces and equipment, and checking for any maintenance needs. Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we are committed to providing a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
