The home has one reserved parking space, but there is street parking available all around the home.

• No smoking inside the house - $250 fine if detected • All guests are required to be listed on the reservation, and no more than the number of guests booked are allowed on premise at any time - $200 fine per person detected • Parties, gatherings, and get-togethers will not be permitted. Failure to list all guests prior to arrival may result in the early cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of your payment • While we love our pets, we do not allow them in the rental • Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels) • Primary renter must have valid gov't ID, phone number, and address on file • If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25 years old or older • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay, or for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for five days, after which time they will be donated at management discretion No detail has been overlooked in making sure your stay feels like home; we ask only that you treat it in kind. This space best fits low-key, respectful travelers. Parties or unauthorized guests as strictly prohibited. We live just around the corner, and are here to help should any need arise (and to ensure house rules are honored).
