**Suite 501 is closed for renovations with a projected re-opening of late March. We are still accepting bookings for events after our reopening. Contact us for more info! Pricing is subject to change with our expansion project. Suite 501 will be increasing to 1568 square feet and with this expansion, we will be able to accommodate larger events than ever before. Our stage size will also be increasing. We are looking forward to posting photos of our space once the renovation is complete!** Located in the heart of Cool Springs (Franklin), Tennessee, Our Heart of Cool Springs Versatile Event Space has been home to several diverse events. Health and Safety Measures
Kitchen countertops, tables, and lounge furniture are wiped down with disinfectant wipes before each event that we hold. The floors are swept before each event and mopped as needed. Our event space is professionally cleaned twice per week. The bathrooms are cleaned before each event. The trash is taken out. We make sure that the event space is cleaned and in order before the client arrives for their event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
