There are two large parking lots conveniently located behind the building, as well as street parking available right out front. Additionally, there are two spacious parking structures just a block away for easy access.

There are 3 large window in the main, larger room. The lighting is best around afternoon, 12pm-4pm. There are sheer curtains and roll-down blinds to make the room darker, but they don't completely block out the natural light.

You can sometimes hear the pedestrians below as the studio is located in a popular uptown area. There is also a brewery on the first floor of the building that has an outdoor patio with music sometimes.

Stairs, Elevator

There is no loading zone, there is only a few parking spots directly in front of the entrance. If those are taken you can park in the alleyway with hazard lights, but the car must be moved once all the equipment is inside.

There are many outlets in each room. Due to it being a large building with many other units, we do not have access to the circuit breaker. Please message me if there is ever an error with power.

- No smoking anywhere inside the building. - Keep noise to a minimum to maintain a peaceful environment for all tenants. - Remove shoes upon entry to preserve the cleanliness of the space. - Respect the space—treat furniture, props, and equipment with care. - Adhere to your scheduled booking times—this includes all setup and takedown. Arrive and vacate the space promptly to ensure a smooth transition between sessions. No early arrivals or staying beyond your scheduled time. If you need additional time, please book it in advance to avoid overlapping with other sessions. If you arrive late, the session must still end at the scheduled time unless prior approval is obtained. - No food or drinks near the photography setups. - No glitter, confetti near the rug or bed. - No glitter, confetti, or open flames (e.g., candles) to prevent damage or mess. If open flames are necessary for your shoot, please contact me to discuss your needs. - Trash must be disposed of properly before leaving. - Only approved guests—please limit the number of people to those included in your booking. Any additional guests need prior approval. - No permanent alterations—do not nail, pin, or tape anything to walls or furniture. - Supervise children at all times if they are part of the session, ensuring their safety and the safety of the space.

Please feel free to move furniture around, just put it back in it's original spot. Be gentle and don't try to lift anything if it's too heavy for you. Feel free to message me for further assistance.
