Countertops and Surfaces: • Spray countertops, tables, and other surfaces with an all-purpose cleaner. • Wipe down surfaces with a clean cloth or sponge, paying attention to corners and edges. • Use a degreaser for stubborn stains or greasy residue. • Sanitize surfaces using a food-safe disinfectant, especially areas that come into contact with food. Appliances and Equipment: • Clean appliances such as stoves, ovens, microwaves, and refrigerators both inside and out. • Remove any spills or food debris from appliance interiors. • Wipe down control panels, handles, and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Floors: • Sweep the floor to remove any loose debris, crumbs, or food particles. Final Inspection: • Conduct a final walkthrough of the kitchen to ensure everything is clean, organized, and in its proper place. • Check for any areas that may have been overlooked or need additional cleaning.
