About the Space
A 10k sq foot warehouse gym. Open floor plan. We have all kinds of free-weight equipment and various workout equipment. This would be great for photo shoots or rentals for group activities. No air conditioning at the facility much like a traditional CrossFit or "hardcore" style gym.

General Rules
Clean up after yourself and don't damage the place. We are pretty laid back so just treat the place with respect.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
It is a gym. We wipe equipment down but it is open to the outdoors with large doors.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
