About the Space
The home is designed to accommodate an assortment of activities and events. Ideal for a photographer who needs space for their backdrops, props, equipment, or holiday photoshoots. For videographers/ content creators, from podcasts, and YouTubers, to live streamers. Contains a nice model kitchen ideal for cooking shows. For dance practice. We have a wide open space for casual shoe wear and an outdoor space for dancing shoe wear.

Camera's are placed at the exterior of the property, as well as in the interior of the living room space, and rooms used for photo/video production.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The areas in usage are disinfected by the end of the day period. Disinfectant, wipe downs and trash pick ups are done at the end of the day
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
