Hosting shows is on a selective application basis so please message, as we produce our own shows in the space, nicknamed The Rainbow Den. - manhattan skyline view of empire state building - newly renovated & modern - lobby receptionist 9-5pm - elevator, disability accessible restrooms - 25 folding chairs - 2 folding tables - lounge area in studio, 2 couches, 4 lounge seats, 3 side tables - a/c heat - wifi - projector - 2 soft boxes - acoustic wall paneling - secure key card access after 5pm (door attendant available upon request) Capacity - 40 people maximum - 32 seats We are a queer community production company and feature a rainbow logo on our door.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
