About the Space
Stunning Scandinavian Rambler with gorgeous wood finishes throughout the home. Four bedrooms of varying sizes, two with beautiful window views of the lake. Four bathrooms, also of varying sizes and different finishes. Incredible, private two-acre lot with a fire pit, greenhouse, dock (on the lake), Oak trees, high-end playground set, and plenty of wide-open yard space. House has a high-end, wood-beam pergola on the backside of the house - facing the lake. Light pours into the house from the east-facing windows that overlook the yard and lake.

Parking description
There is plenty of street parking along a quiet street (dozens of cars could fit). The driveway would fit three vehicles.

Lighting description
The lake-side of the house (east side) has window after window. There are in-window blinds that can be pulled down to control the lighting; however, unless it's evening, there will always be some level of natural light that comes into the home because of the quantity of windows.
The home is brightest in the AM (7-10) when the sun is rising because it pours in through the east-side windows.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
You cannot hear neighbors. We are on a quiet, residential street - it's very rare you would hear anything on the street unless it's Monday AM (7-10) when the garbage truck comes.
There is no noise coming from appliances or AC - unless it's in the middle of the summer, the AC will turn on from time to time, which creates a light humming.

Equipment loading description
The entrance would require a small ramp because the main door is entered from 2 steps up from the driveway area. Loading trucks would not need to be moved UNLESS it's the winter time and a snow emergency is in place.

Electrical system description
The circuit breaker is in the basement, in an accessible storage area. Very rarely have we ever had a circuit break. There are dozens of outlets - too many to count.

General Rules
No smoking in the home or anywhere on the property.
Outside catering is allowed.
No alcohol allowed after 9 PM.
Noise levels must be kept at an appropriate level - this is a quiet, family-friendly street.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Nothing can be removed from the wall. Furniture can be moved around but not removed from the home or put outside in any way.
No smoke machines allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have a security camera at the front door, along with a Ring doorbell at the front door.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
When you walk in, you will know that it's clean. There is plenty of room outdoors for those that want fresh air.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
