About the Space
This space is good for all kinds of events; birthday parties, family gatherings, etc. The space has two sections which could be rented all together or separately depending on your needs. The space could also be used for meetings and as a photo studio as well. Our space has a kitchenette for use as well and has 2 nice and clean restrooms. People have used our space for rehearsals, pop-up shops, you name it. From kid parties with bounce houses to draped walls for an elegant event, this space can be transformed into whatever you need.

We have parking spaces to accommodate atleast 72 cars with additional space in a lot across the street.
General Rules
- Outside catering is allowed
- Return the space in the same condition it was rented in.
- No loitering outside
- Furniture can be rearranged but not removed from the facility.
- Respect the space.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras in common areas are used for security purposes only.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected after each use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
