Our private tasting room offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both intimate gatherings and medium sized events. The room features a long, stylish cherry wood table surrounded by comfortable chairs, creating an ideal space for tastings, meetings, or celebrations. Alternatively, the table can be removed for a standing only cocktail party. A cozy custom bar area sits at the far end adding an authentic touch to the room's ambiance. The rustic sliding barn doors to the barrel room enhance the space's charm, while the large screen TV provides modern convenience for watching sports event or easily connecting to your computer for presentations or slideshows. Natural light streams in through the windows, giving the room a welcoming, open feel. This tasting room embodies a blend of elegance and comfort, making it the perfect backdrop for memorable events.

At First Cut Barrel Co., we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Our thorough cleaning process includes sanitizing all surfaces in the tasting room, including tables, chairs, and bar counters. After every event, we meticulously clean the space, wiping down all touchpoints and thoroughly sanitizing the glassware and utensils.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
