At our indoor playground, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests. Before and after each event, we conduct a thorough cleaning and sanitization of the entire facility, including play structures, dining areas, and high-touch surfaces. We use only non-toxic, child-safe cleaning products to maintain a healthy environment. To further enhance our cleaning practices, we book events with enough space in between to allow for a deep-sanitized clean after each party. This ensures the venue is spotless and ready for the next group to enjoy. Our staff also follows strict hygiene protocols when handling food or catering-related items. We always wear gloves while helping set up food, cutting the cake, and handling any catering services. For transparency and guest comfort, we cut the cake in front of the guests using proper safety practices. With these procedures in place, you can trust that your event will take place in a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment for all attendees.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
