About the Space

This venue is perfect for someone who wants to have their engagement party here after doing a photo shoot on the pompano Beach Pier and walk to the venue which is only one minute walking distance away from the beach. Also perfect to host a casual or a business meetings birthday or throwing a big party up to 200 people. With a great Soundsystem available to use a pool table and a full bar with a smoke shop in it we also offer snacks and amazing hookahs.

Parking description

We have 8 free parking spots. But around the lounge, there are three parking lots and the least expensive one is the one right in front of the store next to the Pompano Beach Fire Station 11.

Front store glass from floor to ceiling. Sun comes in from like 9am till 7pm. We can use curtains to cover the sunlight coming in

All the power you need We have over 60 power outlets. Circuit breaker is outside the store in the hallway in the back

General Rules

As long as it’s not over capacity and an event that does not promote any bad things, you are more than welcome to host at our beautiful venue. We prefer parties to end the latest at two in the morning We can offer one server or up to 10 servers and security guards, licensed and insured and professional DJs

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved to the hallway Wall decorations can be removed as long as it can be put back where it was

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have 16 cameras covering the inside and outside and surrounding area. We can have security (on demand)

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We have a licensed and insured cleaning company and after each and every party we get the place all cleaned up and disinfected

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:
