About the Space
Quality Flea Center is a large flexible open space in a former grocery store. It is not a polished space but it is fun and highly functional. The main event area is 12,000 square feet with another 3,000 SF of useful side rooms. All of the walls are painted with colorful "graffiti style" graphics. It is perfectly suited for popup markets, concerts, movie and photo shoots, indoor athletic events like skateboarding, comedy shows, private parties, and much more. The space has a sound system available to rent, a movie screen with available projector, and a modular stage. There is a bar with beer taps, serving area and refrigerators. Tables and chairs are also available to rent. Our skilled staff are creative and available to help you to make the most of the space and equipment.

We expect renters to clean up after themselves and leaves the facility: • All trash, cups, plates, plastic ware, food, decorations, etc. will be gathered and placed in proper receptacles. All cups will be emptied into the sinks before being placed in the trash receptacles. • Trash will be picked up from the restroom floors. • Any decorations attached to the walls, ceilings, woodwork, ceiling fixtures, window treatments, by use of nails, tape, staples, etc. will be removed. We sweep the venue regularly, mop occasionally, and maintain a clean environment.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
