About the Space
We are a multi-facet production space for the modern creator. Our recording studio fits 4-5 guests comfortably, while our production space fits a crew of 8-10. Our flexible creative space can be readjusted to match your content creation needs. We work with industry standard equipment for professional results. Mini-mart available onsite. *Please specify your type of booking in the add-ons menu* You can book our recording studio only to avoid cleaning fees. For filming and podcasting projects, a $50 cleaning fee is applied so you can maximize your time and focus on filming your project. For recording artists that are looking to maximize efficiency and productivity, OR you'd like to host a large session with up to 15 guests, you can book with access to both production spaces for an additional rate. Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
