Downtown Los Altos Courtyard has evolved from a vibrant hub into a serene meeting space. With its beautiful courtyard and a selection of office rooms, this peaceful office room provides the perfect backdrop for productive meetings and relaxing breaks. Quiet and private, our conference room comfortably seats 10, with an additional bench for 3 and a courtyard table to enjoy the beautiful views. A projector is available for seamless screen mirroring, and we provide powerful Wi-Fi, refreshing fruit tea, and water to keep you energized. Recently, we've added a rollable whiteboard with magnets for your convenience, making it easy to brainstorm and collaborate. Easily accessible with free parking, our location places you just steps away from a delightful array of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, and even wine tasting options in Downtown Los Altos. A dedicated staff member is always on-site to guide you to the conference room, answer your questions, and assist in any way possible.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have staff clean up the space once a week. The space is thoroughly disinfected between bookings. Disinfecting wipes are available. Doors can be opened on both sides to allow for air circulation.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
