Our studio is ideal for headshots, product photography, branding videos, and social media content creation. The studio offers a variety of colorful backdrops, professional lighting, and a remote-controlled camera, giving you complete control over your session. For photographers, the space also accommodates those who prefer to bring their own equipment, offering the freedom to customize and manage their own creative process. Our layout is flexible, featuring multiple areas that can be adjusted to fit your specific needs. General Rules

1. No smoking in the studio or building. 2. No alcohol is allowed in the space. 3. Outside catering is allowed for workshops or small events. 4. No pets allowed unless previously approved. 5. Keep noise levels reasonable to respect other tenants in the building. 6. Handle equipment with care – all studio gear (cameras, lights, etc.) should be used responsibly. 7. No standing on furniture or using equipment improperly. 8. Guests must clean up after their session. Leave the studio in the condition it was found. 9. Maximum capacity of 4 people. For events contact host directly. 10. Booking time includes setup and teardown – additional time will be charged if the session runs over.

Security Cameras are on location, at door and inside de studio. No cameras inside bathrooms or dressing rooms.

We prioritize cleanliness and safety in our Self-Portrait Studio. After each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to ensure a fresh, welcoming environment for every guest. High-touch surfaces (such as door handles, light switches, and studio equipment) are disinfected between sessions. Hand sanitizer is provided for your convenience during your session. We kindly ask that guests clean up any personal items or waste before leaving the space to maintain its condition for the next booking. Your health and safety are our top priority, and we ensure that our studio is prepared for your creative projects.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
