This space is perfect for 30 or less guests to host a quite, calm, cozy gathering such as a birthday party, baby shower, staff meeting, business retreat or presentation, or for hosting a workshop or class. The space has 3 different rooms for seating including 5 fold out tables and 20 chairs in addition to the 10 seater extendable table, 10 arm chairs, love seat, pull out couch with chaise lounge, and floor seating options. There is a small kitchen with sink, toaster oven, microwave, sink, and mini fridge. The den has a 55 inch TV with hdmi connections and there is a portable projector and screen. There is wifi, a printer, and plenty of usb and normal outlets. There are games, toys, puzzles, magnets, and coloring supplies for children as well.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
