Studio rental is available for dance rehearsals, classes, auditions, photo shoots, informal showings and more. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was as described and perfect for private fitness sessions or even group sessions. There is also fitness equipment available as well! Iraimi is also very kind and was helpful when it came to communicating about and directing me to the space.

It was great! A nice studio and had a lot of room. The person was so nice and even greeted us with kindness and helped us get all situated. It was a lovely experience and will book again.
