Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We prioritize cleanliness and member well-being through a comprehensive cleaning process. Our professional cleaners come in throughout the week and after any events to ensure all spaces are thoroughly sanitized. High-touch surfaces, gym equipment, and golf simulators are cleaned daily using eco-friendly, hospital-grade disinfectants. Wellness areas like the cold plunge and sauna are also regularly inspected and deep cleaned. We do ask guests to do light clean up after their events (trash into cans, leftover food disposed of, etc), helping us maintain a pristine environment where everyone can enjoy the space safely and comfortably.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
