Cleaning Rules: Please ensure the space is left in the condition it was found. All trash must be placed in the provided trash bins and disposed of properly in the dumpster at the end of the rental. Any spills or messes must be cleaned up immediately. Tables and chairs should be wiped down and returned to their original setup. Floors should be swept and mopped after use, especially after high-traffic activities or events. No glitter, confetti, or other messy decorations allowed without prior approval. All personal items and equipment brought into the space must be removed at the end of your booking. If using catering or food, please ensure all food and related trash is properly cleaned up and disposed of. Please report any damages or issues before leaving the space. A pre and post inspection with the host is required to ensure the space is in good condition. This must be completed to have your deposit returned.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
