About the Space
Our studio is perfect for: • Art classes and workshops (painting, drawing, pottery, etc.) • Craft sessions (knitting, sewing, jewelry-making, etc.) • Business meetings and workshops (strategy sessions, team-building, etc.) • Creative projects (photography, videography, writing, etc.) • Community events (book clubs, networking events, etc.) • Bible study and fellowship groups • Intimate events like: - Baby showers - Birthday parties - Bridal showers - Graduation parties - Small weddings or elopements - Anniversaries Our studio has an open layout with: • A main room for classes, workshops, and events (approx. 320 sq. ft.) group of 20 seated • A cozy corner for reading, relaxation, or quiet work • A designated area for art supplies, materials, and equipment • A small kitchenette for snacks and refreshments What unique features or amenities does your space have? Our studio boasts: • Comfortable seating areas and flexible workspaces • Wi-Fi • Chairs and tables • Ample parking and easy accessibility • A warm and welcoming atmosphere perfect for intimate events

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
