Welcome to Bella Nova, a luxury property in the heart of Joshua Tree. This brand-new construction, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are large sliding doors that open onto the patio with an in-ground pool with spa, outdoor lounge areas, outdoor shower, BBQ, and sunken fire pit.

There is parking in the driveway for up to 8 vehicles.
General Rules
No smoking.
Outside catering is allowed.
A county permit is required for photo and video shoots.
Occupancy is not to exceed the agreed-upon amount in the contract.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras on the outside of the property only.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned between guests by our cleaning company.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
