All our conference rooms center on state-of-the-art iMovR Synapse sit-to-stand meeting tables, so you can keep your meetings energized and maximally productive by switching between sitting and standing every so often. There is a 60" SmartTV screen that can be used for Zoom meetings, with the provided extra-long HDMI cable or over a Bluetooth link (Anycast). A Bluetooth camera mounted on the TV can be provided. Always available to all conference room and workstation users in the Venture Mechanics Coworking Studios facility are ergonomic chairs, ergonomic perching stools, portable standing mats, or Gymba balance boards. The table in this room comfortably seats 6 people, or up to 8 people standing. The table has under-mounted ports for AC power, USB-A, and USB-C, available to all seats.

Our conference tables are exclusively made with Omnova Surf(x) 3D laminate which is hospital grade, anti-bacterial, and cleanable with covid-killing sanitizing cleaning chemicals. There is a HEPA air filter unit in the room if occupants wish to use it. Disinfecting wipes and face masks are in plentiful supply.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
