About the Space
We have had professional film, team building, weddings, and many professional films made at the house and grounds. The property is an ideal place for groups to gather and bond as a team while fulfilling a specific purpose whether it be making a film, holding a team building session, or wedding rehearsal dinner. Our property consistency gets 5-star reviews, and we are listed as super hosts elsewhere. Guests consistently say things like " I love your house," "We had a wonderful time," and "The team came together. I think part of the reason is the spirit of the place, or what the Chinese call great Fengshui.

General Rules
House Rules for Peerspace Events
We like creating a spirit of partnership with guests
At the same time, there are some normal house rules
1. Treat the property with care, as if it were your own home or office.
2. Please avoid parking on the grass and take care not to trample on plants or flowers.
3. All communications with the host will be responded to within the same day.
4. Ensure the house is left as neat as it was found, with the furniture returned to its original position.
5. The space is available for professionals aged 25 and older.
6. The maximum number of guests on the property is 30. An event fee will apply based on the number of attendees. Overnight guests are limited to 10.
7.No rock, roll, or loud music is allowed during the event to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
8. Check-in time is 3 pm. Check out 10 Am
9. Any damage is expected to be reported before check-out time of 10 am

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We do a deep cleaning of the house every time a guest leaves. Everything is clean, tidy an in excellent order
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
