Huge parking lot, we are able to accommodate a significant amount of vehicles.
General Rules
No smoking in the building.
No use of illegal substances.
No loud music or disruptive activities that could disturb neighboring businesses or residences.
Food and beverages are allowed, but must be consumed in designated areas. All spills must be cleaned immediately.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are place throughout the boutique to monitor safety for all your guest.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all our guests. To ensure our space remains in top condition, we follow a strict cleaning protocol after each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
