Luxury event space, outdoor kitchen, fire place, fire pit table, full screen TV pool side, Italian outdoor patios with quaint swings, and stunning sunset patio views. Several cozy outdoor seating areas, tiki bar deck, and detached exercise/yoga room. Inside the home it is antique country 1920s style throughout, chef's kitchen with Viking range, master suite with a European-style bathtub, and a media room, extra large fireplace and large flat-screen TV. Each room opens to the beautiful outdoor space, and incredible natural light throughout the rooms. Available through Jan 31st 2025 note, some of the inside furniture is removed, one bed room and some furniture remains, you are welcome to set dress. Stunning location for small events or weddings up to about 100 people. Ask us about a flat day rate for weddings/events. Overnight stays can be available.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
