I'm a well-known professional Actor from London, and this space is primarily used for my Acting Classes, Dance & Singing workshops. It is open plan, has high industrial-scale ceilings, a full 40-foot exposed brick wall, and access to an attractive, multi-functional, enclosed outdoor patio/garden area. The frontage has twin window displays that can be used for event specific dressing. A public restroom is on the main floor. 30 chairs on site for renter use. FULL access to a 1000 sq ft partially finished basement for storage, as well as a utility sink. There is a counter at the mini 'reception' area by the entrance, couch, coffee table and armchair.
