About the Space
We are a farm located 25 minutes from downtown Nashville. We have a 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom house with plenty of open space and a spacious front and back porch overlooking the land. We have over 50 acres of pastures with highland cows. There are also 3 ponds on the property and a natural spring-fed creek down a hiking path.

General Rules
No smoking is allowed inside the home. No one is allowed in the pasture with the cows unless the owner is present or prior permission has been given.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Doorbell camera on the house and 3 exterior cameras connected to an alarm system. All have the ability to be turned off.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A professional cleaner is hired for the interior of the home in between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
