Welcome to Area 412! Proudly serving the Atlanta community for over 5 years, we are excited to introduce our newly acquired 3,500 sq ft studio space. Perfectly located in the heart of the city, our studio offers a dynamic, versatile environment for all types of creative projects and events. Our studio is designed to support both small and large productions with flexible booking options. We offer two beautifully designed set rooms available for $80 per hour, perfect for photo shoots, content creation, and podcasts (equipment not included, just the room and furniture). For podcasting, an additional fee applies. Our holiday-themed sets are always evolving based on the season—check out our Instagram @areafourtewevle for the latest updates and sneak peeks of our festive designs. For frequent users, we offer a monthly membership at $500, which includes 10 hours of studio time. Members receive exclusive access to half the studio, featuring white walls and unlimited use of color backdrops. You'll also be granted a personalized passcode for flexible, anytime entry during studio hours. Half Studio Rental: $80/hour – Includes access to one set, one light (strobe or continuous), and a white backdrop with an additional color of your choice. Perfect for shoots with up to 20 people. Full Studio Rental: $160/hour – Gain exclusive access to the entire studio for up to 40 people, ensuring complete privacy for your shoot or event. We offer a variety of membership packages designed to help photographers, content creators, and anyone who needs frequent studio access save on costs. To ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all our guests, we follow a thorough cleaning process. Here’s what you can expect: Pre-Arrival Inspection: Our team conducts a detailed inspection of the studio before your arrival, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for use. Sanitization: All high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, and furniture, are sanitized using hospital-grade disinfectants to promote a safe environment. Restroom Maintenance: Restrooms are stocked with essential supplies and cleaned thoroughly before and after each booking. Floor Care: Floors are swept and mopped as needed to maintain cleanliness and safety, ensuring a tidy appearance for your event or shoot. Trash Removal: Trash bins are emptied, and recycling is sorted to maintain a clutter-free space throughout your booking. Post-Event Cleaning: After each event, our team conducts a deep cleaning of the entire space. This includes: Cleaning all surfaces and props Vacuuming carpets and upholstery Disinfecting all bathrooms Restoring furniture and equipment to their original arrangement Inspection for Damage: We inspect the space for any damage that may have occurred during your rental. Any necessary repairs will be addressed promptly. Feedback Request: After your booking, we welcome your feedback on cleanliness and any areas for improvement to ensure we continue providing a top-notch experience. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
