• No smoking allowed.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please respect the noise curfew.
• Please lock doors when you leave.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take the trash out before you leave.
• No illegal substances/activities allowed on the premises.
• Use of pool, fire pit, etc. is at your own risk. Please monitor children using these items at all times.

Health and Safety Measures
Home and outdoor spaces are thoroughly cleaned in a detailed fashion by a professional and licensed cleaning company after each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
