Pre-Event Preparation: - Our team conducts a thorough cleaning of the space before each event, ensuring that all surfaces are sanitized, floors are vacuumed or mopped, and common areas are tidy. 2. During Your Event: - We provide cleaning supplies such as trash bags, disinfectant wipes, and paper towels for your convenience. If you need additional supplies, please let us know. 3. Post-Event Cleanup: - After your event, we ask that you help us maintain the space by following these guidelines: - Catering Cleanup: Please dispose of all food and drink items in the designated trash bags. If you have a catering service, confirm their cleanup procedures in advance. - Return Furniture: If you’ve moved any furniture, please return it to its original layout. - Remove Decorations: Ensure that all personal decorations and materials are taken with you at the end of your event. 4. Final Inspection: - After your departure, our team will conduct a final inspection to ensure everything is in order. Any damages or excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees, so please do your best to leave the space as you found it. 5. Feedback: - We value your input! Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
