About the Space
Grand historical home built in 1880 as a Wells Fargo station. Enchanting garden covers the expansive grounds and has huge potential for all kinds of events. Bring your clients here for amazing photo shoots! Special packages for film/photography. Plenty of restrooms and space for catering to set up and serve.

Parking description
We have 7 spots directly on site and there is plenty street parking or offsite parking and shuttle are available for larger parties.
General Rules
No parking directly in front of property. Park on driveway or on lot beside house. We have parking attendants that will be there to direct traffic. If parking offsite and using shuttle then address of lot will be provided and guests will meet there and take the shuttle over to venue.

Health and Safety Measures
Before and after every event all surfaces are wiped down. Since this is mostly outdoor venue we keep grounds clean at all times.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
