About the Space
Modern All-Inclusive Podcast Studio with Engineer, Cameras, Mics, and Lighting! Yes we include EVERYTHING that you need to produce a full podcast episode at no additional cost including an on site engineer to run all of the equipment! This set up produces high quality podcast with high quality audio and video equipment that will stand up against anything that you see on youtube! Space is 11x12 and can comfortably fit 6 people and all equipment and engineer. At the end of the podcast client will be given all raw media files that were recorded. We also have video editing available for an additional cost should you need it.

and has a large social media following and will even sit in with you if you need another voice!
General Rules
Here’s the revised rules in bullet points for easy copying:
- **Booking**: Schedule in advance. Changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours ahead.
- **Capacity**: Max 5 guests including the engineer (6 in special cases, with prior notice).
- **Engineer Presence**: Our engineer must operate all equipment. No outside engineers.
- **Turnkey Setup**: All equipment is provided—just show up ready to record.
- **Time Management**: Sessions start and end as scheduled. Arrive on time.
- **Respect Equipment**: Handle all gear with care. Only the engineer adjusts equipment.
- **No Smoking**: Smoking is not allowed.
- **Food & Cleanliness**: Outside food is permitted. Renters must fully dispose of all trash in
the outside dumpster.
- **Noise & Disruptions**: Keep off-mic conversations quiet. Notify the engineer for retakes.
- **Safety & Security**: Follow studio guidelines. Theft or unauthorized activity will be reported.
- **Owner Participation**: Owner can join as a co-host if requested.
- **Respect for All**: Treat the engineer, staff, and other clients with respect.

Security cameras and recording devices
We do have an onsight security system which operates 24/7.
This is to monitor the premises more or less and not the guest
and this is a fully operation business during normal hours.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
At our studio, your health and safety are our top priority. We follow strict cleaning and sanitization procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests. After each session, all high-touch surfaces, including microphones, headphones, chairs, and equipment, are thoroughly sanitized. The studio is also ventilated and cleaned with professional-grade disinfectants to meet COVID-19 safety standards. Hand sanitizer is provided, and we encourage all guests to maintain good hygiene practices while in the studio.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
