About the Space
Our space next door to Rivalry Projects is available for daily residencies, classes, workshops, meetings and events. When the space is not being used by the community it is an artist-run art gallery that works with emerging and established local, national and international artists. Please note, there is an *8-hour minimum* as the space is used for artist residencies (1 person) instead of photoshoots (more than one person). 50% discount for daily artist residencies. Residency days are self-guided and private, however, this is a community space so there may be art on the walls. Please be respectful of our artists. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
