After each booking professional cleaners come in and sanitize all areas including: Decluttering: Remove any items from floors, countertops, and surfaces to allow for thorough cleaning. Dusting: Start from the top, dusting ceiling fans, light fixtures, high shelves. Use a microfiber cloth for furniture and surfaces. Vacuuming/ Sweeping: Vacuum carpets, rugs, and floors in all rooms, including stairs. Sweep and mop hard floors with a suitable cleaning solution. Laundry: Wash linens, towels, and bedding if necessary. Replace with fresh, high-quality alternatives.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
