Luxe art tech is a creative studio for fashion, art and content creatives. In this space we allow photography, video, classes, workshops, pop up shops, podcast recording & micro events. There 3 rentable areas in studio. The Retail suite, Tulum Room and Grace Photo/ podcast suite. The space was curated for creatives to have all that they would need to create, curate and produce for their businesses, content and projects.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We will be resetting and cleaning spaces between each booking. High touch areas and equipment will be wiped down and cleaning supplies will be onsite if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
