Do you want somewhere to entertain, have a special event, or have a repast? This event space is Cleveland's best-hidden gem event center. We offer tables and chairs, round and long tables, for your convenience. Our beautiful chandeliers bring out the beauty in this wonderful space. Our bright lights and unique style will make you feel happy and confident that you booked with us. Please read to its entirety: Rental Guidelines—The rental rate is a flat rate of $520. This includes a total of 8 hours, which allows enough time for set-up, breakdown, and your event. You do not have to stay for the full 8 hours, but the rate remains the rate. The rate is non-negotiable, with no exceptions. You can not split up the hours by days. When you book, you have to select 8 hours in order to book at the rate, but again, you do not have to stay for 8 hours. The app feature is hourly, so you'll need to select 8 hours to get to the flat rate. If you are not gone by your scheduled time, your card will be automatically charged an additional $150 fee, and you will forfeit your deposit. No exceptions! Bouncy house rentals must remain outside. No exceptions. Liability - The paying client assumes all liability for all guests. Deposit—A $150 deposit is required upon booking; we can make the arrangements once you book. The deposit is separate from the app. You must make arrangements with me, the host. Tour- You are welcome to tour the facility. Please message the host to make arrangements. If you cancel the tour less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will not be able to book the venue. Exit Guidelines—The host will arrive 15-20 minutes to open and before your departure. Do not leave without checking out with the host. You will forfeit your deposit if you fail to check out without the host present. By booking our space, you agree to abide by the rules.
