About the Space
A historic factory space available for rent for special events with high ceilings and polished concrete floors. On the public transit, at Landsdowne and Dupont. Perfect for hosting corporate events, bridal showers, baby showers, weddings and other special gatherings. Rent the space alone, or rent it with our site City Inspected Commercial kitchen (we offer in house catering or do your own catering, or bring your own outside catering company). Bar area available to bring your own bar to host events. Space fits up to 40 people. Can be configured with stainless steel/banquet tables and chairs (available for rent at an extra cost) or cocktail tables.

- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
