We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for every guest. Our cleaning process includes: Deep Cleaning Before and After Every Booking: The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each event, including all surfaces, floors, and high-touch areas. Sanitization of Equipment: Any furniture or equipment used during your booking (tables, chairs, audio-visual gear) is carefully sanitized between bookings. Restroom Hygiene: Restrooms are stocked with soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer, and they are disinfected before each booking to ensure a fresh, clean experience. Trash Removal: We provide trash bags and bins throughout the space for easy waste disposal, and our team will handle trash removal after your event. Your health and safety are our priority, and we strive to create a clean, comfortable environment for every guest.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
