Booking & Usage: Rooms can be rented by the hour, with different rates applicable for each space. Rates may vary depending on the specific room and the equipment used. Renting the entire space is available at a different rate. Please inquire for details. Discounted rates apply for bookings of 5 hours or longer. This is a great option for extended shoots or multi-scene projects. Content House Manager Oversight: Our dedicated content house managers are here to ensure your experience is seamless and professional. They have the right to refuse services or terminate a session if the house rules are violated or if the activities are deemed inappropriate. All booking requests are taken seriously and vetted based on the category and nature of the content. We prioritize the safety, respect, and integrity of our space and its users. Noise & Disturbances: Please keep noise levels at a reasonable volume to respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. Loud music or disruptive noise is not permitted unless previously agreed upon and necessary for the content being created. Safety & Security: Guests are responsible for their safety and the security of their belongings during their stay. Any damage to the property or equipment must be reported immediately. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages incurred. Check-In & Check-Out: Please adhere to the scheduled start and end times of your booking. Additional time may be available upon request but is subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Prohibited Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to the production of illegal content. Any activities that involve nudity, violence, or explicit content must be discussed and approved by the content house manager before booking. Cleanup: Guests are responsible for basic cleanup after their session. This includes putting away equipment, disposing of trash, and ensuring the space is left in good condition.
