Vanilla shell allows for flexible activations for events and production. NW 20th Street visibility. One full renovated bathroom inside the space. Newer HVAC. Can accommodate 80-100 people comfortably (depending on the installations). Stated rent rate is for the space only, there is no equipment or furnishing. 2500 SF. An additional 1180 SF can be opened up (space 103 for a total of 3680SF) to accommodate more people or activations. Rent rate may increase. Space 103 also has a bathroom.

The space is cleaned prior to every event and should be turned in in the same condition.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
