This 2,000 sq ft, High-ceiling Photography Studio, includes backdrops, studio lighting, two bathrooms, a sink and refrigerator, as well as a 500 sq ft audio recording space with excellent acoustics. The open layout is great for professional photoshoots as well as curated events with front office space, full-size garage door access, and the option to access our 10,000 sq feet of Staging furniture next door! There is ample onsite parking and no noise restrictions due to its industrial setting in North Fort Collins.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
