Parking is easily accessible in front of the building.

1.Booking and Setup Time: Please include setup and cleanup time in your booking. Additional time may be charged if the event runs over the reserved hours. 2. Furniture and Layout: Furniture can be rearranged as needed, but please return all items to their original position before leaving. Some items can be removed or adjusted with prior approval. 3. Cleaning: Guests are responsible for basic cleanup, including disposing of trash in provided bins, wiping down tables, and leaving the space in the condition it was found. The trash dumpster is located on the premises. Please remove trash and take it there. A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left in disarray. 4. Noise Level: Please keep noise to a reasonable level to avoid disturbing neighboring spaces. Loud music is not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. 5. Decorations: Decorations are allowed, but please use non-damaging materials (e.g., no nails or permanent adhesives). All decorations must be removed at the end of the event. 6. Food and Drinks: Outside food and drinks are allowed, but renters are responsible for cleaning up afterward. Please be advised that we do not have a kitchen or kitchenette onsite. 7. Parking: On-site parking is directly in front of the building and down the premises. 8. Capacity Limit: Respect the maximum capacity limit to ensure the comfort and safety of all attendees. Overcrowding may result in additional charges or termination of the event. 9. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or furniture. A security deposit may be required and refunded after a post-event inspection. 10. Restricted Areas: Some areas, such as storage rooms or specific equipment, may be restricted to staff only. Please avoid using these areas without permission. 11. No Smoking or Vaping: This is a smoke-free and vape-free facility. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. 12. Event Insurance: For larger events, renters may be required to provide proof of event insurance, covering liability and potential damages.
