Our space offers over 11,000 sqft of warehouse/retail skateboard studio vibes and is the perfect place to impress your clients on your next photo or video shoot! Our versatile facility serves as the ideal studio for fashion, editorial, product, advertising, and celebrity photo shoots. Additionally, the space can easily accommodate shoots for films, commercials, music videos, interviews, TV shows, and web content video productions. Located in the Northeast District of Minneapolis there are tons of new restaurants, bars, shopping, hotels, and condos springing up over the past few years.

General Rules

*Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
*All rentals need to include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing

*Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
